Planned Maintenance - PDX23

Planned infrastructure maintenance on NocTel's PDX23 VoIP server is scheduled for Saturday, April 20th from 9 AM to 11 AM Pacific Time. Please see the following for details:

  • Planned Maintenance Date: Saturday, April 20th
  • Planned Maintenance Window: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM PDT
  • Expected Service Impact: NocTel services may be temporarily affected for customers using a PDX23 during the maintenance window. Long-term and chronic system stability and use issues shall not occur.
  • Maintenance Scope: Necessary infrastructure maintenance to improve backend stability and performance.

Inbound calling Local Carrier Impairment

UPDATE 4:02pm PST - All services are reported to be back online.

UPDATE 2:30pm PST - NocTel is observing a higher rate of calls being delivered to our network from the affected carrier. We will continue to monitor for changes.

12:30pm PST - NocTel has received a notice that a national carrier is experiencing issues that may prevent inbound calls and inbound SMS to some NocTel customers. Our underlying carriers are working to correct the impairment. Outbound local calling is not affected at this time, although 911 routing services may be affected.
