Planned Maintenance - Ticketing System, scheduled 3 years ago

Planned infrastructure maintenance on NocTel's Ticketing System is scheduled for March 6th. Please see the following for details:

-Planned Maintenance Date: Saturday, March 6th

-Planned Maintenance Window: 7 AM - 7 PM PDT

-Maintenance Scope: NocTel will be migrating to a new ticketing system on March 6th. During the migration, our team will still be able to receive support tickets at During the migration, tickets submitted may not receive an automated response. Our team will be checking for new tickets regularly. If you are experiencing a complete outage and do not receive a reply within 15 minutes of submitting a ticket, please call our main support line at 503.764.4300.
