UPDATE 2:55am - Maintenance has completed.

Planned infrastructure maintenance on NocTel infrastructure is scheduled for Tuesday, April 19th. Please see the following for details:

  • Planned Maintenance Date: Wednesday, April 20th
  • Planned Maintenance Window: 1:00 AM to 4:00 AM Pacific
  • Expected Service Impact: NocTel services may be temporarily affected for customers during the maintenance window. Long-term and chronic system stability shall not occur.
  • Maintenance Scope: The maintenance team will be doing required network equipment upgrades and system maintenance.

Outbound International Calling

UPDATE 2:53pm - The issue has been resolved. UPDATE 11:12am - NocTel continues to monitor this issue.

NocTel has received a notice that a carrier is experiencing transport issues that may affect outbound international calls. The underlying carriers are working with the affected carrier to correct the impairment.

Affected Components: Outbound calls to international numbers outside the United States.

Inbound calling Inbound calls | Investigating

Update 6:35 AM Pacific: NocTel has routed around the issue affecting inbound calls and other services. Our team is continuing to monitor the system for stability. Some users may experience a slight delay in receiving voicemails. If you are still encountering issues related to Flow or inbound calls please contact us at support@noctel.com.

UPDATE 6:05 AM Pacific: Inbound call has been restored and affected NocTel Flow instances are now operational. Our team continues to monitor the situation for stability.
