Around 12:00 Pacific time VoIP nodes PDX16 and PDX19 experienced an issue that did not recover through automated recovery options and manual intervention by our team was started to resolve the incident. Inbound/outbound VoIP service were impairments for customers on the affected nodes.
All incoming/outbound calls to the affected nodes have been restored at this time, and the NocTel team is currently monitoring the situation.
