We are currently experiencing issues affecting our Go push servers that are causing inbound ringing issues with Go application extensions. The NocTel team is investigating the issue. As a temporary solution Go app users can leave the app open and their device awake to receive inbound calls. Please stand by for further updates.
UPDATE 10:21 Pacific: The issue affecting Go push notifications has been resolved. Inbound call to Go extensions should now be functional. If you are still having problems please contact support@noctel.com
