Planned Maintenance - PDX23

Planned infrastructure maintenance on NocTel's PDX23 VoIP server is scheduled for Saturday, April 20th from 9 AM to 11 AM Pacific Time. Please see the following for details:

  • Planned Maintenance Date: Saturday, April 20th
  • Planned Maintenance Window: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM PDT
  • Expected Service Impact: NocTel services may be temporarily affected for customers using a PDX23 during the maintenance window. Long-term and chronic system stability and use issues shall not occur.
  • Maintenance Scope: Necessary infrastructure maintenance to improve backend stability and performance.

PDX13 PDX13 Unexpected Impairment

PDX13 experienced a brief unexpected operational failure starting at 11:01 Pacific. NocTel Engineering was able to access, isolate, and correct the issue. Services have resumed as normal as of 11:13 Pacific.
