Planned Maintenance - PDX23

Planned infrastructure maintenance on NocTel's PDX23 VoIP server is scheduled for Saturday, April 20th from 9 AM to 11 AM Pacific Time. Please see the following for details:

  • Planned Maintenance Date: Saturday, April 20th
  • Planned Maintenance Window: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM PDT
  • Expected Service Impact: NocTel services may be temporarily affected for customers using a PDX23 during the maintenance window. Long-term and chronic system stability and use issues shall not occur.
  • Maintenance Scope: Necessary infrastructure maintenance to improve backend stability and performance.

Scheduled maintenance on NocTel Insight is planned for Monday June 29th from 6 PM Pacific to 8 PM Pacific. This maintenance will update various components of the NocTel Insight backend to improve performance, stability, and allow us to deliver future functionality.
