Planned infrastructure maintenance on NocTel's PDX23 VoIP server is scheduled for Saturday, April 20th from 9 AM to 11 AM Pacific Time. Please see the following for details:

  • Planned Maintenance Date: Saturday, April 20th
  • Planned Maintenance Window: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM PDT
  • Expected Service Impact: NocTel services may be temporarily affected for customers using a PDX23 during the maintenance window. Long-term and chronic system stability and use issues shall not occur.
  • Maintenance Scope: Necessary infrastructure maintenance to improve backend stability and performance.

Planned infrastructure maintenance on NocTel's US-West PDX20 node is scheduled for Friday, January 31st. Please see the following for details:

-Planned Maintenance Date: Friday, January 31st

-Planned Maintenance Window: 3 to 4 AM PDT

-Expected Service Impact: Customers using PDX20 as their primary Talk node will be affected if no secondary Talk node is configured on extensions in the account.

-Maintenance Scope: Necessary infrastructure maintenance to improve backend stability and performance
