A routing change made by an upstream provider caused connectivity issues resulting in inbound and outbound call issue for some NocTel users. A change has been implemented to correct the problem and we are continuing to monitor the situation.

Upstream Provider - Intermittent Calling Impairment

NocTel has been advised by the affected upstream provider AT&T has restored connectivity and calls are processing as expected. Please report observed issues with inbound or outbound calling to or from individuals using AT&T as their carrier to support@noctel.com.
