At around 11:00 AM Pacific, our team became aware of a voicemail processing issue that was causing delays in voicemail deliveries and notifications/indicators. At around 11:30, our team issued a correction and restarted the voicemail process. By 11:45 AM the voicemail delivery process had fully recovered. Users may have received multiple voicemail notifications at once while the system recovered. Our team is continuing to monitor the service to ensure stability.
