NocTel engineers have identified a major service outage to our Europe-based servers and have addressed the issue while continuing observation to qualify service has been restored.

The fax services issue that was causing intermittent faxing errors yesterday has been addressed, and we are continuing to monitoring the system. If you experience any problem with faxing, please report them to support.
