Power restored

Line power has been restored to the data center and we are off generator power. There were no NocTel outages during this time. We are continuing to monitor the ongoing recovery efforts for any anomalies.

Monitoring power outage in downtown Portland

Many buildings in downtown Portland, including the data center containing some NocTel equipment, is currently running without power. We have activated UPS systems and generators to keep the NocTel service fully operational. For continuing coverage, please follow outage information at:

Engineers have addressed the issue causing intermittent faxing errors. All faxing services have been restored.
