Monitoring power outage in downtown Portland

Engineers have addressed the issue causing intermittent faxing errors. All faxing services have been restored.

Inbound calling 541-575 - John Day, OR

We have identified a provider in this region that is sending phone calls in an incompatible format to NocTel. NocTel has created a workaround while the provider continues to work on resolving the issue.

Inbound calls to 541-575 prefixes are experiencing intermittent failures from CenturyLink, CenturyTel and Verizon Wireless. Our upstream providers are currently investigating and will provide a status update shortly.
