Service Restored - Europe

Service for servers in Europe have been fully restored. The outage was due to a provider outage affecting NocTel's Frankfurt data center.

FMA Server 2 Fax Services: Restored

Engineers have addressed the issue causing intermittent faxing errors. All faxing services have been restored.

NocTel engineers have identified a major service outage to our Europe-based servers and have addressed the issue while continuing observation to qualify service has been restored.
